Primary responsibilities:
  • Set sales appointments for our customers as well as follow up
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, text, or email
  • Exceed customer expectations and team goals
Here are a few things that we are looking for in the Customer Service Agent role:
  • Exceptionally driven with a very strong work ethic

  • CDK Platform experience preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus!
